Refund policy

At SkinWorks (referred to as the "Seller"), we prioritize the quality and safety of our products. Please review our returns and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.

  1. No Returns: We do not accept returns once an order has been successfully placed and payment has been processed. By placing an order, the buyer agrees to these terms.

  2. Exchange Policy:

    • Eligibility for Exchange: Exchanges are only accepted if the product(s) received by the buyer are damaged upon delivery.
    • Exchange Process:
      • The buyer must inform the Seller of their intention to exchange damaged products within 24 hours of receiving the order.
      • Exchanges will only be processed after the Seller provides written email consent.
      • The damaged product(s) should be returned to the Seller after receiving this consent.
    • Refund for Exchanges: Refunds for exchanges will be issued as store credit only, once the returned shipment is received by the Seller.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. No Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once successfully placed and processed by our payment gateway.

  2. Refund Eligibility:

    • Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:
      • If the buyer does not receive the ordered products within 30 days due to a delay in shipping by SkinWorks.
      • If the shipping location is not serviced by our partner courier companies.
    • Refunds for Eligible Cases: Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit or direct transfer, within 7-10 business days from the date of written confirmation.
  3. No Refunds in the Following Cases:

    • Incorrect or insufficient address provided by the customer.
    • Non-availability of the recipient at the provided address.
    • Refusal to accept the delivery by the recipient.
    • If the customer wishes to return the product due to personal preference after delivery.
    • Any damage or tampering of the product by the customer.
    • Force majeure events.

Return Policy

  1. Non-Returnable Items: All makeup and skincare products become non-returnable once the package is opened by the customer.
  2. Non-Refundable Items: We do not provide refunds for opened products. Please ensure you are satisfied with your purchase before opening the package.
